Been wondering for a while - How can some parents let a Rahul Mahajan judge their children on national Television? We often talk about the lack of real life heroes and role models, but is the situation so bad?

Now think of this - There are NGOs like Project Why that work tirelessly to let children be children, and then there are normal middle class homes where parents give a damn! What’s the hurry? In a few years the child will grow up and have to face all the pressure - the entrance exams, the demanding jobs, complex relationships and so on… Can’t we let them have a few years away from all this?
