All set to take off

So…the time has come to once again announce our plans, start our journey and take our ideas to the world. It is very easy the first time. But after having spent three years as a startup founder trying to make sense of the Indian education scene and after having seen some of the best ideas defeated, it is not that easy for me anymore to write an opening post.

Will the world share our enthusiasm? Is our solution the best one? And even if it is will it appeal to the decision makers who generally sit thousand miles away from the scene of action? Will I again have to give up on a project or a deal because I do not believe in “Cuts” and “Commissions”?

These are some of the thoughts going through my head at this moment. But does this mean we don’t try? Certainly not! Sometimes giving up is just not an option. Especially when it is about children and education and a very fundamental right - access to books that are capable of shaping a child’s imagination and inspiring her for a lifetime.

So here’s it - To the wonderful battles ahead! Thank you God for the chance!
